TrialExchange is the most effective and least painful way for payers to evaluate what re-pricing vendors can actually do with a statistically signficant sample of their bills.  Simply provide us with a file format of re-priced or paid bills, and then periodically send us a sample (a month's bills for all or some jurisdictions, for example).  We perform the implementation to import your bills, we handle connection to the vendors, we provide reporting on the vendors' performance.  Though turnaround depends on the individual vendor's capabilities, normally results can be turned around in much less time than they can turn around 100 or 1,000 sample bills.  So the process is more accurate, much faster, and less expensive.

There is no charge for the implementation.  No cost for loading your sample files -- in fact, no up-front costs at all.  Simply production per-bill usage charges that are invoiced after results are delivered.

Please note that current MedExchange members have this capability built-in, but using live production data.  Since MedExchange only charges once per bill, this capability is free of charge when using production bills.
